WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

 

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for All Products. Pickups are available Monday-Saturday from 9:00 AM-6:00 PM. We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our

inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Timeline

The delivery may take a minimum of 7 working days & a maximum of 20 working days.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on all domestic orders

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you

of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our Policy. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchase with us.

INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Individual (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Avant Garde Enterprises Located in IN.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

Website refers to My Site, accessible from www.avantgardeindustries.co.in

You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which is subject to the below terms:

The product that is bought from Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and will be processed if conditions are met.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instructions:

if applicable we will send you a shipping label once the return request has been approved. If you need to ship the product using any carrier, please use the following address: Avant Garde Enterprises F-14 Sai Krupa Mall, L.T. Road, Dahisar west, Mumbai, India - 400068. Please make sure to include the return slip in the package.

 

REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 5-7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

For the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product wasn't used or damaged

  • The product must include original tags (if applicable)

  • The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

If the product is refunded there will be a Shipping Fee of ₹50 and a return Handling Fee of ₹40 per item, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded using your original payment method during the purchase after 5-7 working days.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange the item within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed. 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product wasn't used or damaged

  • The product must include original tags (if applicable)

  • The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the right to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.

Unfortunately, the product that was marked as a gift when purchased is not allowed to be Returned or Exchanged.
